These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of any refurbished hardware, equipment, or engineered products from ML1A. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these commercial terms.
1. Commercial Commitments & Value Assurances
At ML1A, our sales framework is built to deliver premium value, technical reliability, and long-term performance. We commit to refurbishing, restoring, and delivering high-grade industrial equipment engineered to precise operational specifications. To maintain these premium quality standards, maximize customer satisfaction, and drive mutual growth, we operate under a transparent contract that requires financial integrity and clear communication from our buyers.
2. Quotations, Pricing, & Order Acceptance
- Transparent Pricing: All quotes, invoices, and product prices displayed or issued by ML1A are final and free of undisclosed structural costs.
- Order Verification: The receipt of an automated order confirmation does not constitute final contract acceptance. ML1A reserves the right to decline or cancel transactions in cases of evident pricing errors, critical supply chain disruptions, or suspicion of speculative buying.
- Custom Restoration & Engineering: Orders involving specific customized modifications, tailored refurbishments, or specialized technical configurations cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered once the restoration cycle has officially commenced.
3. Financial Security & Transaction Integrity
- Secure Payment Routing: To ensure maximum financial safety, all transactions are routed directly through certified, industry-standard encrypted payment gateways. ML1A never stores or logs your banking details or digital wallet credentials.
- Fulfillment Cycle: Refurbishment schedules and shipping fulfillment cycles begin only after complete financial clearance is verified by our system.
- Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent financial reversals, unauthorized chargebacks, or bad-faith payment manipulations will result in the immediate suspension of all orders and warranties. The corporate profile and digital footprint will be forwarded to corporate legal channels and financial compliance registries.
4. Logistics, Title Transfer, & Shipping
- We partner with reliable, premium logistics networks to ensure your commercial equipment is delivered safely. All provided delivery windows are estimates calculated in good faith based on current logistics data.
- The risk of loss and title to the hardware pass to the buyer immediately upon delivery of the equipment to the carrier. Any transit damage must be documented upon arrival and reported to the logistics provider immediately.
5. Hardware Warranty & Performance Claims
- All ML1A products are backed by a specific industrial warranty corresponding to their technical grade, configuration, and intended operational deployment.
- Warranty claims are subject to evaluation by our technical support division. This warranty strictly covers refurbishing defects and component failures under standard, documented operating conditions. It does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, reckless operation, or unauthorized third-party modifications.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of our registered corporate jurisdiction. Any commercial disputes or contract disagreements shall first be addressed through professional arbitration. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of our registered location.
